CONNECT Partner Showcase: 25 Years of The RECOVER Project – Peer Leadership In Action

May 26 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Please join us for an engaging presentation highlighting The RECOVER Project’s 25 years of service as Massachusetts’ first Peer Recovery Support Center on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 12 Noon to 1 PM. You can register for this free event here.

Established and led by people with lived experience, The RECOVER Project has long been a community space where people in recovery are active participants—shaping programs, supporting one another, and building collective strength through shared leadership.

Attendees will learn about The RECOVER Project’s Peer‑Participatory model, how the center supports people across multiple pathways to recovery, and how peer leadership and mutuality create meaningful individual and community impact.

They will also share recent updates on how The RECOVER Project continues to grow, including expanded open hours, increased outreach supported by opioid abatement funding, new peer recovery staff, community trainings with partners such as Tapestry, and new programming and community events.

This presentation offers an opportunity to learn more about how The RECOVER Project sustains a resilient, community‑driven recovery resource—and how peer‑led spaces continue to evolve to meet the needs of the communities they serve.

This is part of the 2026 CONNECT Education & Training Series.
