SUMMARY:National Prescription Drug Take Back Day
DESCRIPTION:National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe\, convenient\, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs\, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications. Last year\, 912\,305 pounds (456 tons) of unwanted and unused prescription medication was collected across the country. \nTo learn more\, visit the DEA’s website or click the image for a list of participating collection sites in Hampshire and Franklin Counties.
