SUMMARY:Shelburne Falls Overdose Prevention & Nasal Narcan Training
DESCRIPTION:The Opioid Task Force is partnering with Tapestry Health and the North Quabbin Community Coalition to host a series of opioid overdose prevention and nasal Narcan trainings. These trainings are free and open to all community members. Topics covered include: \n\nWhat is an opioid overdose?\nRecognizing an overdose (signs and symptoms)\nResponding to an overdose\nHow to administer nasal Narcan to reverse an opioid overdose\n\nAll participants will leave with a free Narcan kit. \nFor questions or more information\, please contact Liz Whynott at lwhynott@tapestryhealth.org or Tess Jurgensen at tess@opioidtaskforce.org

DESCRIPTION:September is National Recovery Month! Come celebrate with the Recover Project at this year’s 13th Annual Recovery Jam sober music festival. Recovery Jam brings together individuals in recovery\, their families\, recovery allies and the entire community for a day filled with music\, friends and food.
